US TARIFFS NOTICE - Aug/Sep 2025
Due to recent changes in US economic policy, all postal services between New Zealand and the United States (including US territories) are currently suspended. We have no dates on them resuming other than a statement that they will be "short term".
Once services resume, import fees may apply for US orders. Please note that these charges are beyond our control and that HPA doesn't get anything extra. All import fees go to your local government.
Mugs are exempt from this as those are shipped from within the US.
We are in the same boat with our own imports too. Misery loves company eh!

These are shipped from HPA HQ in New Zealand, so allow 4 weeks before arrival. Also, double-check your country's customs laws where applicable to your order's total value, as we have no control over duty and import tax for your location. Just to be safe!
Returns: The item purchase price is refundable if returned in brand new, unused condition.
